We offer a 7-day return policy. This means you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and returned with all original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging intact. A valid proof of purchase, invoice, or order confirmation must also be provided.
To initiate a return, please contact us at zyspiraindia@gmail.com. within 7 days of delivery. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Upon receiving your order, we recommend inspecting the package carefully. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photographs of the issue. After verification, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Certain products are not eligible for return or exchange. These include customized or personalized items, perishable goods, gift cards, vouchers, and products marked as non-returnable or final sale. For hygiene and safety reasons, personal care, beauty, and skincare products that have been opened or used are also not eligible for return. Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear will not qualify for return, refund, or exchange.
Exchange requests may be submitted within 7 days of delivery and are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a refund, store credit, or an alternative product of similar value.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
Shipping charges, cash-on-delivery charges, and other service fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product, a damaged item, or an error on our part.
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted, and the order will be governed by the terms of this Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.
